This site provides the service of created virtual products for private individuals for personal uses unless otherwise stipulated. The following can be updated by us, without notice to any user. You may review the most current version of the Terms of Service, anytime in this section. In addition, when using any section of Shadowscraps.com, users shall be subject to posted guidelines or rules. All such guidelines or rules are hereby referenced into the PPTOS. User(s) hereby agree that all pictures, videos, media, other files, sections of the Webpage, are private property of Shadow Scraps. Copying, Duplication, and/or Fraudulent acts of anything kind on this site, is strictly forbidden. Users may use all virtual products to recreate new virtual products, however created notification must be displayed in final end product. Suspected person(s) will be reported to the proper authorities. Fraudulent information and credit card use to purchase products, will also reported to the authorities and full criminal action taken.
Description of Services:
Shadowscraps.com provides its users with access to a collection of virtual products advertised by Shadow Scraps, for the purpose of purchasing for personal or commercial use. User(s) also understand and agree that these are collections of virtual products created or recreated by it's designers, which also include advertisements of products that Shadow Scraps. Such products value(s) can be adjusted anytime without notice, up to the time of purchasing of the products. All price adjustments will not take effect into any billing purchase, prior to the start of the purchase. Any adjustments made beforehand will be applied directly to the webpage first, before the billing page. Conflictions with updated bill during time of purchasing products can be reviewed by the owner of Shadow Scraps, making any return payments that they see as necessary. Please be aware that Shadow Scraps has created certain areas on the Webpage that are not accessible to outside users or to the open public. Such sections require you to be part of the organization to view such areas. All other announcements, administrative messages, newsletters, are communications based solely for informational purposes for users and guests. The attempts to access such sections is strictly forbidden and will be taken to proper authorities as a result of attempts to find and gather private information fraudulent purposes.
User Obligations:
In consideration of this Webpage, Shadow Scraps hereby acknowledges by a user entering either section, user represents that they are responsible of their own actions and have agreed to the PPTOS. Participation of any Webpage construction or adjustment without approval from Shadow Scraps will be removed and reported to the proper authorities as considered the act to try to gather private information in the purpose of fraud. Any Webpage design will be credited to the original Webmaster or such web designer appointed at that time. Any removal of files, film, and documentation from webpage is also hereby forbidden, and person(s) will be reported to the proper authorities with the act of trying to private information for fraudulent proposes.

.: Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the webpage.

User Acknowledgment:
User acknowledges that all materials provided by Shadow Scraps, are in direct ownership of such materials. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. User acknowledges, consent and agree that Shadow Scraps may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or with legal processes; enforce the TOS; respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; respond to your requests for customer service; or protect the rights, property or personal safety Shadow Scraps and its guests.
Termination by Violations:
User agrees that Shadow Scraps may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate any order on a right to refuse service agreement. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, a requested by you (Order Cancellations), discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or there of), unexpected technical or security issues or problems, extended periods of inactivity, engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities.
